What it is
- Birthday Battle Kit rents a complete Nerf battle party in a box, shipped by UPS to the customer's door.
- It is a rental: the family keeps the box for 7 days, then sends it back with the prepaid return label inside.
- Free round-trip shipping to the East Coast: Maine to Florida, plus Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, DC. Other ZIP codes can join the waitlist.
- No local pickup, no venue and no hired host. Parents run the party with the included game guide.
- Ships from Richmond, Virginia.

- 8 players: $199, round-trip shipping included.
- 12 players: $259, round-trip shipping included.
- Totals shown at checkout always include shipping. There is no separate shipping charge in the service area.
What's in the box
- One Nerf Strongarm blaster per player, plus 2 backup blasters.
- 1,000 foam darts in resealable pouches.
- Safety glasses for every player.
- Team pinnies (mesh vests) for every player.
- Red and blue team flags, medic armbands, wearable life flags, team pouches with gold coins and bars, and base, respawn and jail markers.
- A laminated game guide and 7 game cards.
- Take-home favors for every player: goody bag, team wristband, keychain, temporary tattoos.
- A reusable box with a prepaid UPS return label.
The 7 games
- Be the medic: Two players wear the armbands and can revive tagged teammates back into the fight.
- Capture the flag: Defend your team's flag. Steal theirs. Escape with it and you win.
- Recover the loot: A pouch for every player, gold coins and bars — treasure to carry, hide and defend.
- Booty Camp: A chaotic free-for-all where everyone aims for the funniest place on the body. In the bum!
- Battle Royale: Absorb the other players! Tag adversaries and they join your squad — grow your team and dominate.
- Team Elimination: Two teams, one goal: wipe out the other side while your medics bring your own players back.
- Zombies: One player starts as the zombie. Everyone they tag joins the horde — last human standing wins.
Dates and delivery
- The box arrives by UPS on the Monday before the party — days before the party, never the night before.
- Parties run Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Return by dropping the box at UPS the next Monday. Return transit does not count against the rental.
- Order at least 5 days before arrival near Richmond, 6 days for most of the East Coast. 2 to 4 weeks ahead is recommended.
Policies
- 14+ days before the party: 100% refund.
- Weather rescheduling is free before the box ships.
- Lost darts and normal wear are free.
- Replacement cost is charged only for gear that is destroyed or not returned.
- Late returns: $25 per day after the return date.
- Guest checkout. No account needed.
Safety
- Foam darts only. Every player wears the included safety glasses for the whole game.
- An adult referees every game.
- No shots at faces, no hitting with blasters, and everyone stops when someone calls stop.
